Certified Farmers’ Market Vendor Application

Use the form below to apply as a vendor to one of the certified farmers’ markets we manage and operate. Please note that a submitted application does mean acceptance to vend at a market and never show up to a market expecting to set up if the market manager has not already told you that you are approved and provided your market start date.

IMPORTANT: The form below is the only official means available to express your interest in participating as a vendor in a farmers’ market operated by Alchemist CDC. Official communications following your application will come from an email address at the “@alchemistcdc.org” domain. There are always scammers on social media who present themselves as event organizers in order to steal vendor fees, application fees, etc. Only apply through this form on the Alchemist CDC website.
