Florin Certified Farmers' Market
For more than 40 years, the Florin Certified Farmers’ Market has served south Sacramento residents by providing access to delicious, nutritious, and diverse locally-grown foods.
Market Info
While the market’s mission and products will remain the same and customers will experience the same great market, there are two major news items:
- The market has now moved permanently to a new location at the Florin Light Rail Station at 3001 Florin Road, Sacramento, CA.
- The market’s management is transitioning from its founders to Alchemist CDC, which has offered CalFresh/EBT access and Market Match at the market since 2011.

How
Is it your first time visiting a farmers’ market?
Take a look at our Farmers’ Market Beginner’s Guide.
What
- CalFresh / EBT Customers are welcome with EBT access. Visit the EBT booth at the market to use your benefits.
- Market Match nutrition incentives offer EBT customers up to $15 in matching benefits to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables at the market.
- No dogs allowed. We love dogs, but California law does not allow them to join you at the farmers’ market unless they are service animals. California Health & Safety Code 114259.5 stipulates that live animals aren’t allowed in Certified Farmers’ Markets and permitted food facilities, with the exception of service animals. Fraudulently misrepresenting service animals is a misdemeanor (California Penal Code 365.7 [a]).
