Épicée

About Celine: Chef Celine Callejon started Epicee in 2020 with the dream of opening a brick and mortar restaurant. Celine has an eclectic culinary background and she gets her inspiration from many cuisines around the world. She believes hot sauces and peppers should be part of an everyday diet in part because of their health benefits but also because they can elevate dishes to the next level. Celine’s Pique is the prime example of a healthy condiment that can elevate a dish in more than one way. It can be poured over, emulsified as a dressing as well as used as a marinade.
Boone’s Red Onions
Boone’s Classic Red Onions hail from a family recipe, his Great Aunt Mary’s “marinated onions.” We love ’em on salads, sandwiches, eggs in the morning, and pizza. About Christopher: “It all started with a Polish family recipe from my Great Aunt Mary and a dream.” Christopher started Boone’s Red Onions in November 2020 out of his passion for pickled red onions. He loves how versatile and cross-cultural they are, adding color and complexity to many meals. Prior to starting Boone’s Red Onions, Christopher worked in nonprofits as a transgender rights advocate and he is a proud trans business owner.
