Help Fight Hunger for Vulnerable SCUSD Families
Full bellies feed learning.
Help us fight hunger in the Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD)! Community Food Connections is a program of Alchemist CDC that bridges gaps in the food system to get groceries to local SCUSD families of school children who are the most vulnerable to hunger. As of March 2026, we are helping 2,800 neighbors across 40 campuses each month! That’s 1,649 children and 1,151 care-givers and family members in 647 households who receive groceries every 1 or 2 weeks! With your help, we can feed even more families!
