Alchemist CDC has a variety of high-impact volunteer experiences for corporate groups of all sizes!
We believe that a good corporate volunteer experience should:

The Alchemist CDC team will work with you to understand your goals for a corporate volunteer opportunity as well as the logistics of your team size, interests, skills, budget, and more. We can help connect a small team directly into an existing volunteer day, or can help craft a unique customized volunteer experience.
Depending on your budget, we can incorporate additional elements into the volunteer day including:
- A delicious meal catered by one of the incredible local small food businesses in our Alchemist Kitchen Incubator Program
- An educational workshop (e.g. seed starting, pruning, composting, food insecurity, farmers’ markets, etc.)
- Branded gear for your staff members
- Wellness services for your team (e.g. chair massage from a local masseuse, group yoga) during the event
- Professional photography and videography
Our volunteer opportunities include options like:
- Community garden work
- Packing meals for hungry families
- Maintenance and repair in our restaurant, commissary kitchen, or for restaurant spaces in our Incubator Program
- Community art projects
- And more!
Our team has robust experience with corporate volunteer days and has previously hosted companies like Apple, Blue Shield, the City of Sacramento, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Leadership Sacramento, Sacramento Kings, Sacramento Republic, Target, the offices of elected representatives, and more!
We have volunteer opportunities available Monday-Saturday in Sacramento County. Our volunteer locations are an easy drive from Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Galt, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Arden-Arcade, Natomas, Rancho Murieta, Fair Oaks, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Roseville, Rocklin, Davis, Woodland, and West Sacramento!
