Alchemist Microenterprise Academy (AMA) is a 12-week business training course designed to make sense of the confusing aspects of starting a food business. AMA targets entrepreneurs in the greater Sacramento region, particularly those who are from low-income backgrounds or under-resourced communities This cohort will be mostly held on Zoom with a few in-person meetings.

Before applying, it is MANDATORY to attend one AMA Information Session. There are two options to attend an information session:

1) There will be 4 held live on Zoom. Once you RSVP you will receive the link to join. The live on Zoom info sessions will be held every Tuesday from 6:00-7:00pm from July 26- August 16th. Register for a Zoom info session here.
