Community Partner Booth Application for Farmers’ Markets

If your organization is interested in having a Community Partner Booth at one of the farmers’ markets operated by Alchemist CDC, please let us know through the form below. The purpose of Community Partner Booths is to provide free information, services, etc., to the benefit of farmers’ market customers. The selection and approval of community partners granted access to booth opportunities is at the discretion of Alchemist CDC. We anticipate a high level of interest in these limited booth opportunities and may not be able to provide access for all who are interested.

The Florin Certified Farmers’ Market has extremely limited space for Community Partner booths and generally will not have booth space available during peak market season (June – September).

If you are hoping to sell/vend at the farmers’ market, please make use of this application instead.

Please note:

  • Community Partner booths may not be used to sell/vend; to proselytize or promote religious beliefs or organizations; or to conduct partisan political campaigning.
  • Due to health department requirements, there are strict limits on food distribution from Community Partner booths. No distribution of food is possible without explicit permission from the market manager of the activities that will take place.
  • If permitted to participate with a Community Partner booth, your organization will need to supply its own equipment (e.g. table, canopy, chairs, signage, etc.) and will need to have any items intended for distribution approved by the market manager in advance.
  • If permitted to participate in a Community Partner booth, your organization will be assigned a designated a standard 10’x10′ location, as well as a specific date and time. Your participation must be confined to this space and time. We recognize that some Community Partners may propose providing services that are highly valuable to market customers and require more space than a 10’x10′ booth (e.g. bicycle repair, health screenings, etc.). This form may be used to express interest in this type of partnership as well.
  • Organizations provided with access to a Community Partner booth will not use language suggesting that this access confers an endorsement of the organization or its programs by Alchemist CDC or its farmers’ markets, unless explicit permission is obtained from the Executive Director of Alchemist CDC.
